Trade Enquiries

We have been privileged to work with a number of professional interior designers, stylists, architects, show home projects, property developers, hotels, restaurants and commercial outlets.

We are pleased to offer trade prices to genuine trade enquiries that fall under the above categories ONLY.

We are not a wholesaler and as such we do not supply other shops or independent retailers.

We look forward to receipt of your enquiry using the contact form opposite, along with a minimum of two of the following pieces of information:

  • A minimum of 2 current trade references (from the interiors market)
  • Any evidence of a professional membership/qualification
  • Co reg no./full trading title
  • VAT No.
  • Website domain


Please bear in mind that we are primarily a retail operation and as such our existing prices have to be competitive. Our price checking procedures consistently sees us 15/20/25% and on occasions up to half the price of some of our competitors, such as Cox & Cox, Graham & Green, OKA and other similar companies. That said, we will do our best to provide a competitive price for you.

We operate B2B sales on a strict pro-forma invoice basis or by purchases directly through the website (preferred). Goods not already held in stock will only be ordered from our suppliers upon receipt of payment in full.

If you do not fall within the above criteria as listed, we may not be able to assist with your trade enquiry.

We are unable to provide any terms to startups, third party channel sellers using eBay/Amazon/Instagram/Facebook, etc. or anyone without a trading history of at least 12 months and without a dedicated operational website.

Please contact us with your enquiry using the form opposite and we'll get back to you within 24 hours - please remember to give us as much contact information as possible including your website.

Please note: Sales to businesses and/or trade customers are subject to the following additional terms...

  • Goods are not sold subject to 'approval' by your clients. If you are concerned about the finishes or the 'rustic' nature of any goods (which includes handmade items) please make appropriate enquiries prior to purchase.
  • Goods purchased where a discount has been applied are not returnable if unsuitable.
  • Overseas delivery charges will be charged at the actual cost price.
  • Only where there is a fault (which has been confirmed as a fault by ourselves) or damage to items has been incurred during transit are goods returnable.
  • Any damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods through our normal returns process.

Acceptance of the standard terms and conditions at checkout or payment of our pro-forma invoice also confirms your acceptance of these additional terms.
