Price Promise

If you find a better price prior to placing your order we will match it - provided:

  • It is the same product and offered from a UK Company (including delivery charges).
  • The product is in stock and available for immediate delivery.
  • We are able to verify the offer.
  • We will NOT price match with market or auction websites (e.g. Amazon, eBay, etc.)
  • Occasionally we cannot match some genuine offers as competitors have bulk bought the stock in large quantities.

We will not price match with companies whom we believe are not selling authentic products.

We will not price match retrospectively, i.e. after your order has been placed or you have taken delivery. The price being matched must be the price offerred by our competitor on the date of the order being placed.

Please email our team at sales@theluxecompany clearly stating the following details;

1. Your name and delivery postcode.
2. The product, price and product code (if applicable) of the item you are interested in purchasing.
3. The URL of the Internet site offering a better price.

Once the price is verified either by written evidence (e.g. advert, quotation, dated screen print, etc.) or verbally from our competitors we will email you a discount to use when purchasing the item from us for the item at the matched price.  We aim to reply to your email within 24 hours (Mon-Fri). The price match purchase is limited to one product per customer and the code must be used within 1 working day of the date of our email.

We do not match:

  • Warehouse clubs or any retail club requiring membership.
  • Special offers or discount for multiple purchases.
  • Prices from auction sites or stores trading outside the UK.
