What are your delivery charges?

We offer free standard UK delivery on orders in excess of £60.00.

From time to time we may offer free delivery on orders of lesser amounts. The delivery charges will be indicated on the product page and during the checkout.

All other premium delivery and large/heavy item delivery charges are detailed on our delivery & returns page.

What is your returns policy?

I have an eCredit on my account or a store issued credit note. How long is it valid for?

Store issued credit notes and eCredits applied to your account are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Where eCredits are applied to your account in place of store issued credit notes, the date of commencement of the eCredit is that of the originally issued store credit note. The eCredit replaces the store issued credit note which is then of no further value. Your eCredit can be redeemed either online or in store.

Unused eCredit values will be deleted upon the expiry of this period without further notice.

What if I can't find my size or colour?

Use our contact form to let us know what you're looking for and we'll do our best to source it for you. This may take us a day or two but we will get back to you and let you know.

How often do you get new stock?

We source our stock on a seasonal basis but we place regular re-orders as required according to demand, so we have regular deliveries throughout the year.

I loved my pyjamas and want to buy them as present for someone. Can I have an order sent to a third party as a gift?

Absolutely! We are delighted to offer a third party direct delivery service and you can be sure that, if you request us to gift wrap the items, the recipient will receive them beautifully gift wrapped together with any message you provided as part of the checkout process.

Are your goods orginals or factory seconds?

We only sell original items purchased directly from the original manufacturers or their appointed agents.

Whilst we do not stock or sell 'seconds' there may be occasional items offerred for sale that have incurred minor damage whilst in transit to us or whilst they have been held in stock, e.g damage to a presentation box rather than the item itself or items with minor marks. Where such items are offerred for sale, the damage to the item will be clearly indicated on the product page and the price will be discounted accordingly. These items are sold on a 'clearance' basis and as such are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Can I view the collection in person?

You are very welcome to visit our office by prior arrangement.

Can I order by telephone?

Certainly. Just call us on 01642 988277 and we will be pleased to take your order over the phone. We can take payment details over the phone or we can send you a PayPal invoice for you to pay over the internet if you prefer.
